For me, coaching is definitely the most environmentally friendly tool for change, especially in times of constant uncertainty, pressure, and inner fatigue.
For the rest of the world, coaching is an internationally recognized tool that helps you better understand yourself, your goals, internal barriers, and find your own solutions. And this is its main benefit, because you are not bombarded with effective advice and other people's insights. Instead, you have the opportunity to find the best solution for yourself, taking into account the entire context of your life.
I created a visual at the top of the site to address this issue. It is often said that the difference is that psychology works with the past, while coaching works with the future. But this is not entirely true. Because the past contains a lot of valuable information about your strategies, context, and biases that affect the way you handle any request.
Therefore, for me, the main difference is that psychotherapy gives you more than enough time to stay with a difficult experience and break it down into molecules. And coaching gives you the opportunity to move on and fill your life with joy that you will be proud of.
You can come with something that bothers you and does not give you peace of mind. Or you can come with something you dream about. Most often, these are requests for self-realization, difficult decisions, relationships, burnout, life changes, finding balance, or understanding yourself.
The session takes place in Google Meet and lasts up to 1 hour. Each meeting has a certain structure: setup, request for a specific session [including a request for all our work], research of the request, research of the findings, next steps.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) is the largest international coaching federation that develops professional standards, ethical principles, and key competencies for coaches around the world. In my work, I rely on the ICF standards and Code of Ethics.
A 30-minute Google Meet meeting. During this time, we will get to know each other and delve into your request. Even in this short time, you will have the opportunity to feel what coaching is and how it can be useful to you.
We will definitely talk about common expectations. After a successful meeting, I will share the coaching agreement with you.
